I think I have found my new car repair shop in north Forsyth. I have been going to a shop on the south end of the county for almost 20 years (and they have been great) but wanted to find something closer to home now that we live on the north end. I have tried a few shops, but I think Team Ryan will get my business for the foreseeable future. I have taken my two cars in for various repairs (thermostat and ac work) and have been pleased with the service and results. While not the cheapest shop around, they do quality work, and I am happy to pay if I know my car will be repaired the right way, and their coffee game in the wait room is on point! :) I am glad they are now a part of our community in north Forsyth.

I have always used Scott’s Auto Center off Peachtree Parkway for my Lexus RX. After moving four months ago, I knew I needed to find a trustworthy shop in my new area. I had my first visit with Team Ryan Automotive yesterday for an oil change, and I was impressed from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. After the oil change, they completed a full vehicle inspection. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. They clearly told me what needed attention now and what could safely wait, without making me feel pressured. It’s not easy finding an auto repair shop you can trust, but Team Ryan earned my confidence on my very first visit. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future service. One final thought—I’m one of the biggest Auburn fans you’ll ever meet. When Clint said, “War Eagle!” to me, I knew I was home. War Eagle!

The service quality at the Team Ryan shop in Cumming is outstanding. This being my first visit to Team Ryan I found them extremely professional and helpful. We had routine service performed on a newer vehicle and their automotive technical knowledge, tools and resources eliminate the need to have this performed at the overpriced dealership anymore. We are very happy with Team Ryan and can recommend them for your automotive service needs. They are fair and honest, give them a try and you won’t regret it.

I never leave reviews but wanted to take a few minutes to recognize the service I received. I had an issue with my car and was just going to bring it into the dealer but these guys are close and I heard good things so I decided to give them a call. I made an appointment, brought my car in and they took it right on time. About 15 minutes later they come and let me know that it is fixed. When I asked how much they said there was no charge. Said it only took a few minutes to fix and it would not be right to charge me anything. I will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs I need. Service like this is how you get a lifetime repeat customer.
